Threefold Nature Of The Human Being
The inner world (or soul) of a human being benefits from balance in three of its aspects. Modern neuroscience confirms what ancient wisdom knows - we have three brains - the head, the heart and the gut/will-to-do.
With a thinking imagination (head brain) we can be free to create our future, (liberty).
With loving and compassion (heart brain) we (hopefully) comprehend (intuit) the need for rightful laws that treat us fairly and equally (equality).
With our will-to-do (gut brain) we want to (and can be inspired to) participate in life and work together in some way (a fraternity), and through these labours we can generate a rightful economic life.

THREEFOLD NATURE OF A BALANCED/HEALTHY SOUL
Servant Leadership and The Spiritual “Human-Centred” Sector

We can rotate this threefold social sphere and put either the economic sector or the political sector at the top, and therefore the organisational emphasis would change accordingly.
